Finer Things Night

This weekend we had a finer things night. Mike and Bridgette showed up with their scarves, church shoes, and fancy clothes. We ate at Rumbi’s and then came back to our house and made cute little autumn shaped sugar cookies. We munched on our cookies as we played a less than civilized round of Scrabble and attempted to read some literature. After we were all worn out from the night, Mike and Bridgette ran home to get their sleeping bags and other sleepover gear. When they got back, we pushed back the couch, drank steamed milk while we watched a movie, and had our first married co-ed sleepover. Fun weekend.
